Adenomyosis is a common problem in women resulting in menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea. Though tuberculosis of endometrium is common in the developing countries, tuberculosis in the adenomyosis is rare. With the clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis, hysterectomy was done which showed extensive adenomyosis and tuberculosis in the uterus.
